Support all virtualizations, Cisco ASA, VLAN's, WAN, DNS, DHCP, and client/serve technology. * Provide support to offsite data backups, virtual back ups. * Administer the email servers including routing and email filtering for spam. * Able to explain technical concepts to colleagues who have less technical knowledge for various jobs. * Comfortable working with a variety of colleagues at multiple levels of the company. ## Description The IT Manager supports and maintains all IT facilities at the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania site, equipment, and services in order to meet the needs of the departments located within the headquarters and company employees at client sites.
