Preference will be given to candidates already holding a CI Polygraph, but those eligible and willing to obtain one are encouraged to apply., + Active TS/SCI security clearance with CI Polygraph, or willingness and eligibility to obtain a CI Polygraph. + Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience. + Ability to work in-person at CACI facilities in Sterling, VA, Sarasota, FL, or Denver, CO. + At least 3 years of experience in systems engineering, software engineering, systems integration, solution architecture, or related technical fields. + Minimum of 1 year of experience with mission management applications or enterprise data integration. + Proven track record of solving complex technical and operational issues. + Experience integrating software applications, enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and distributed technologies. + Familiarity with system testing and automated application testing frameworks. + Strong grasp of systems engineering principles and the system development lifecycle. + Experience designing or implementing automation for operational efficiency. + Advanced technical writing skills, including architecture documentation, interface control documents, system diagrams, procedures, and engineering artifacts. + Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. + Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while staying aligned with strategic objectives. + Demonstrated capability to independently prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and deliver results in fast-paced environments. + Experience with Agile methodologies and Atlassian Suite tools, including Jira and Confluence. _Desired:_ + Experience supporting Intelligence Community or Department of War organizations. + Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS. + Knowledge of PowerShell, JavaScript, Java, or similar programming and scripting languages. + Experience with REST APIs, microservices, message queues, and distributed system architectures. + Understanding of Model-Based Systems Engineering, enterprise architecture, or digital engineering practices. + Experience with AI-enabled decision support, advanced analytics, or data engineering solutions. + Security+ or other relevant technical certifications.
