 * Must have a valid California driver's license with a satisfactory driving record, 5 years of driving experience, and be eligible for coverage on PathPoint's auto insurance policy.

## Description

We are seeking a proactive IT Assistant to join our Information Technology team in Santa Maria. The IT Assistant will provide Level-1 technical support, assisting in the development, implementation, and maintenance of our multi-network, multi-user environment. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of PathPoint's technology infrastructure., * Troubleshoot end-user issues related to computer hardware, software, cell phones, printers, and other technologies.

 * Manage help desk tickets, resolving assigned tickets within established Service Level Agreements (SLA).
 * Provide network technical support; respond to user needs and questions concerning network access.
 * Assist in providing basic computer training for users.
 * Assist with the setup and installation of information systems at facilities.
 * Assemble and configure computers, network components, and associated services.
 * Assist with upgrading network hardware and software; stay updated on new technologies and recommend upgrades.
 * Perform network troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve common issues.
 * Establish and maintain network users and security groups in Active Directory and Entra ID.
 * Support networked devices including computers, printers, and telecommunication equipment.
 * Assist in monitoring and controlling IT system security; maintain high levels of network security and data integrity.
 * Collaborate with the Director and VP of Technology and Infrastructure to implement strategic goals.
 * Maintain a flexible work schedule to ensure minimal network downtime and support after-hours issues as needed.
