## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
 * 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
 * 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc.)., * MBA or Master's degree in Computer Science/Engineering.
 * Experience in large network designs as a solution architect or professional services specifically around global wide area networking.
 * Cloud experience with a hyperscaler in a customer or field engineering role.
 * Experience translating commercial business models/needs into technical solutions.
 * Track record of delivering network or network security designs and best practices, architecture designs, reference architectures, or blueprints.
 * Excellent narrative and storytelling abilities that propel usage, adoption and market momentum.

## Description

* Be a trusted advisor for strategic customers. Build and maintain strong customer relationships and gather customer insights and feedback.
 * Define solution requirements based on customer discussions and business needs.
 * Conduct design workshops and author solution design guides, reference architectures, and blueprints.
 * Support and partner with the larger field technical community.
 * Train sales, partners and customers on best practices on network designs.
