## Description

is seeking a to support a contract with the Department of Energy and the National Nuclear Security Agency OCIO. The NNSA has multiple offices and facilities across the United States, with this position being in their . headquarters. These offices and facilities are responsible for various aspects of nuclear security, including stockpile management, nonproliferation, and nuclear security.

 * Lead and implement Configuration Management (CM) practices across the full system lifecycle, from requirements through system retirement.

 * Analyze, evaluate, and recommend configuration management tools; oversee their implementation and ongoing maintenance.

 * Establish and maintain configuration baselines and manage change control processes, including audits and compliance.

 * Chair Configuration Control Board (CCB) meetings and ensure proper review, approval, and tracking of all changes.

 * Oversee software release management, including version control, packaging, deployment coordination, and release integrity across environments.

 * Develop and maintain comprehensive configuration management plans and documentation, ensuring traceability, compliance, and accessibility.
