 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, * Strong evidence of technical excellence, such as widely used open-source contributions, a track record of high impact (broadly defined) results, or experience building and maintaining production systems
 * Background in high-performance computing: real-time systems, low-latency programming, game engines, or real-time media systems
 * Experience extracting information from biological signals, market feeds, audio recordings, video streams, or other real-world noisy data
 * Well-versed in hardware interfaces, device drivers, embedded systems, or networking protocols
 * Experience designing and building APIs, SDKs, and other developer tools
 * Background in medical devices or regulated environments
