Candidates should have experience working in infrastructure-intensive industries such as advanced nuclear, power generation, utilities, data centers, and other large-scale capital project environments., * Must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident due to the nature of client engagements. * Bachelor's degree and Seven (7+) plus years of post-graduation experience in energy infrastructure project development, project delivery, management consulting, engineering, construction management, program management, or a related field; OR * Master's degree and Five (5+) plus years of post-graduation experience in energy infrastructure project development, project delivery, management consulting, engineering, construction management, program management, or a related field. * Experience supporting the development, delivery, or oversight of large-scale capital projects within the energy, utility, industrial, critical infrastructure, technology, or public sector markets. * Demonstrated experience serving in a Lead Developer, Owner's Representative, Owner's Manager, Program Management Office (PMO), Project Controls, Engineering, Construction Management, Infrastructure Development, or Capital Projects Delivery role. * Strong understanding of the infrastructure project lifecycle, including development, permitting, licensing, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, startup, and transition to operations. * Proven ability to manage project risks, schedules, budgets, contracts, stakeholders, and executive communications across complex infrastructure programs. * Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing client-facing engagements in dynamic project environments. * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to engage senior executives, project sponsors, investors, regulators, and external stakeholders. * Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, project analytics, reporting platforms, and data visualization tools. * Willingness to travel and work in a hybrid client-facing environment. * Ability to work onsite in a Guidehouse office or client location.
