## About the Role

The experienced IT Administrative Lead will oversee administrative and operational support activities for a DoD IT program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing personnel, budgets, and task execution in accordance with DoD standards and contract requirements., * U.S. Citizenship and Active Secret clearance (TS/SCI strongly preferred).

 * CompTIA Security+ or other IAT Level II certification.
 * 8+ years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in IT administration and DoD program management.
 * Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams in a DoD or federal contracting environment.
 * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and project management tools.
 * Strong understanding of DoD acquisition processes, ITIL practices, and federal compliance requirements.
 * Excellent written and verbal communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.

## Description

* Manage daily administrative and operational functions of a large IT support contract.
 * Oversee staffing, scheduling, performance tracking, and compliance reporting.
 * Coordinate with DoD stakeholders to ensure contract deliverables are met on time and within scope.
 * Supervise and evaluate technical and administrative personnel.
 * Ensure adherence to DoD standards, policies, and security protocols.
 * Maintain and update documentation, SOPs, and performance reports.
 * Track contract milestones and manage risk through proactive issue resolution.
 * Support program reviews, audits, and inspections.
 * Facilitate communication across departments and with government representatives
