## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
 * 5+ years of experience as a Technical Analyst, Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role.
 * Experience gathering business requirements and writing technical specifications.
 * Experience supporting software development and solution delivery projects.
 * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 * Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
 * Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience within the Electric Utility industry.
 * Experience supporting large-scale enterprise applications.
 * Knowledge of C#, Java, or VB.
 * Understanding of databases, application security, and system troubleshooting.
 * Experience working with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or Waterfall methodologies., We're looking for a Technical Analyst who can effectively connect business needs with technical solutions. The ideal candidate has strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, experience working alongside development teams, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.

## Description

You will work closely with Product Managers, Developers, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Security teams to ensure successful implementation, integration, and ongoing support of enterprise applications. This is a fast-paced environment requiring someone who can work independently with minimal supervision., * Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.

 * Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications for developers.
 * Support application development, quarterly releases, defect resolution, and change management activities.
 * Coordinate with Cloud, Infrastructure, Security, and Development teams to deliver integrated solutions.
 * Document integrations between new and existing enterprise systems.
 * Research new technologies and recommend improvements aligned with business goals.
 * Troubleshoot technical issues and work with developers to resolve system problems.
 * Ensure applications meet performance, scalability, and security standards.
 * Communicate project status, technical solutions, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
