You will work directly with client stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional Deloitte teams to lead the translation of business requirements into scalable PolicyCenter configurations and technical designs, including product model changes, rules, workflows, and Gosu-based custom extensions. You will drive solutioning across functional and technical workstreams, proactively identify risks, dependencies, and design considerations, and help ensure high-quality delivery across the development lifecycle. You will also collaborate closely with teams supporting integrations, data, testing, and adjacent Guidewire platforms to deliver cohesive end-to-end solutions. In addition to contributing through hands-on development, you will help guide junior practitioners, provide direction during design and build activities, and strengthen overall team performance through mentorship, quality focus, and continuous improvement.
