The team uses data to build and support these strategies from various tools including CMMS systems and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). The ability to build productive relationships with colleagues and customers at remote sites around the world will make you successful in this role, as will patience and a sense of humor. You will frequently travel to various facilities in North America., In an MHE Reliability Engineer role, the individual is leading reliability initiatives to maximize the equipment overall effectiveness, capture best practices, network/business units roll outs, and building feedback into the design process with WWDE to assure the highest safety and sustainability possible. The person in this role has to display Ownership, as they will develop and own programs, projects, and systems that will improve efficiency, reduce downtime of critical assets, and reduce overall maintenance costs that are scalable to all business units. They will effectively own projects from concept to network roll out, using advanced project management tools (defect mapping, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Gantt Charts etc.).
