## About the Role

* 4+ years of Workday configuration experience
 * 3+ years of hands-on Workday Benefits configuration experience
 * 3+ years of hands-on Workday Leave of Absence (LOA) / Absence Management configuration experience
 * Strong understanding of Workday business processes, reporting, and security
 * Experience supporting Open Enrollment activities
 * Experience with leave administration and benefits programs
 * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
 * Ability to clearly articulate configuration decisions and business process design experience, * Workday Pro Certification in Benefits and/or Absence Management
 * Experience with EIBs, calculated fields, integrations, and tenant management
 * Experience working with benefits carriers and third-party leave administrators
 * Experience supporting newly implemented or rapidly evolving Workday environments, * How many years of hands-on Workday Benefits configuration experience do you have?
 * How many years of hands-on Workday Leave of Absence (LOA) or Absence Management configuration experience do you have?
 * Have you personally configured Workday business processes, condition rules, notifications, and approval workflows?
 * Have you supported at least one Workday Open Enrollment cycle?
 * Please briefly describe a Benefits or LOA configuration that you personally built in Workday.

## Description

This role will focus heavily on Benefits and Leave of Absence (LOA) configuration, partnering with HR, Benefits, Payroll, and business leaders to improve processes, support Open Enrollment, and optimize Workday functionality.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building, configuring, and improving Workday solutions while making a significant impact within a rapidly evolving environment.

What You'll Be Doing

 * Configure and maintain Workday Benefits and Absence modules
 * Support Open Enrollment activities and ongoing benefits administration
 * Configure eligibility rules, benefit plans, life events, leave types, and accruals
 * Design and maintain business processes, notifications, approvals, and condition rules
 * Support leave administration and compliance-related processes
 * Partner with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors on integrations and enhancements
 * Build and maintain reports, calculated fields, and dashboards
 * Perform testing, troubleshooting, release management, and production support
 * Recommend process improvements and system enhancements
