This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career IT professional looking to build hands-on experience supporting end users across a fast-paced healthcare organization. In this role, you'll provide first-line desktop and technical support to corporate employees and clinic locations, helping ensure technology remains reliable, secure, and efficient. You'll work alongside experienced Systems and Network Administrators while gaining exposure to Microsoft 365, Active Directory, endpoint management, enterprise hardware, and healthcare technology environments. The position supports enterprise desktop operations, Microsoft technologies, endpoint deployments, and day-to-day user support. If you enjoy solving technical problems, delivering outstanding customer service, and learning new technologies, we'd love to hear from you.
