 * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

 * Excellent communication and customer service skills., * Experience imaging and deploying Windows 11 devices.
 * Basic PowerShell scripting experience.
 * Prior experience in desktop engineering, desktop support, help desk, or IT support roles.

## Description

We are seeking motivated Desktop Engineers/Desktop Support Technicians to join a growing IT support team in Frankfort, Kentucky. This position is ideal for candidates with strong computer skills who enjoy hands-on technical work, troubleshooting, and supporting enterprise desktop environments. We currently have two openings and are looking to begin interviews within the next one to two weeks., * Image and deploy Windows 11 workstations.

 * Provide desktop support and basic break/fix troubleshooting.
 * Assist with hardware and software installations and configurations.
 * Perform routine workstation maintenance and support activities.
 * Create or modify basic PowerShell scripts (preferred).
 * Collaborate with a team of IT professionals to support end-user computing needs.
