High school diploma or equivalent and 3 years of related experience, Working collaboratively with Admissions staff and campus partners, you'll manage CRM enhancements, support system integrations, ensure data integrity, and lead technical projects from planning through implementation. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically minded, detail-oriented professional who enjoys solving complex problems, driving continuous improvement, and using technology to create exceptional experiences for future Cyclones., * Experience administering Salesforce CRM and digital marketing platform.

 * Experience working in higher education admissions.
 * Experience building automated workflows or communication campaigns.
 * Experience leading system improvements or technology projects., Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without sponsorship. Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.

The Office of Admissions at Iowa State University is seeking a Systems Analyst II - CRM Administrator to lead the administration and optimization of Salesforce Sales Cloud, the university's customer relationship management platform, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
