Preferred Skills and Qualifications: * Salesforce Certified Administrator (required or strongly preferred). * Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification. * Salesforce Business Analyst or Platform App Builder certification. * Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud. * Experience with data migration, cleansing, and governance. * Familiarity with DevOps tools, sandbox management, and change deployment processes. * Basic understanding of SOQL, Apex, or Salesforce development concepts to effectively collaborate with developers. * Experience working in Agile project environments. ## Description Jacoby & Meyers is the pre-eminent law firm protecting consumers since 1972. Objective: * Administer, configure, and maintain the Salesforce platform to support daily business operations. * Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement scalable, declarative Salesforce solutions. * Optimize business processes through automation, system enhancements, and continuous platform improvements. * Manage user access, security, data integrity, and system performance to ensure a secure and reliable Salesforce environment. * Support end users by troubleshooting issues, providing training, and promoting adoption of Salesforce best practices. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Salesforce aligns with evolving business needs and organizational goals. * Maintain system documentation and ensure compliance with Salesforce governance and security standards.
