Prior experience providing OSINT analytic support to special operations in preferred. (Note: experience with traditional/legacy OSINT duties (i.e. reviewing, translating, and/or reporting on feeds from domestic or foreign PAI, social media, or news sources) will not be considered equivalent experience). - Strong proficiency in the current suite of available all-source intelligence tools, databases, and repositories. - Strong proficiency in the current suite of available specific OSINT/PAI tools, databases, and repositories, as well as OSINT research and methodology. - Understanding of OSINT/PAI authorities, regulations, and policy. - Strong written communications skills and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of applications. - Strong verbal briefing skills, able to brief at the O4/GS13 level or above. - Must demonstrate foreign language proficiency (reading, listening, writing, speaking) on a designated language as identified by the Government. - At the Government's discretion, analytic experience qualification requirements may be reduced or waived to meet the language proficiency requirement. - Active DoD Top Secret/SCI. ## Description CGS is seeking a skilled OSINT/PAI Targeting Analyst (Language Enabled) - Senior to support routine, Special Access Program (SAP), and compartmented projects, operations, and exercises for all intelligence disciplines. In this role your overall support will include conducting OSINT collection using MAS and OSINT tools on foreign sources to identify patterns and provide intelligence requirements. You will be responsible for creating collection plans, drafting Open Source Intelligence Reports (OSIRs), and supporting OSINT analytic production requirements.
