 * Ability to work in a fast-paced Security Operations environment., * 1-3 years of experience working in a Security Operations Center (SOC), Cybersecurity Operations, or related IT security environment.
 * Experience with security monitoring, alert analysis, incident triage, or ticket-based workflows.
 * Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts, network monitoring, and incident response processes.

## Description

* Monitor security events, alerts, and system activity within the Security Operations Center.
 * Provide proactive onsite monitoring and response for critical communication systems and information technology environments.
 * Review, classify, prioritize, and escalate security alerts based on established procedures.
 * Perform initial investigation and triage of security incidents to determine validity and impact.
 * Analyze technical data to identify potential threats, incidents, and false positives.
 * Document security events, investigations, response actions, and escalation details accurately.
 * Manage incident communications through email, chat, voice, and ticketing systems.
 * Support cybersecurity incident response activities and assist with issue resolution.
 * Follow SOC playbooks, procedures, dashboards, and operational metrics.
 * Collaborate with team members to improve monitoring processes, detection strategies, and response procedures.
 * Communicate effectively with technical teams and stakeholders during security events.
