 * Basic understanding of networking concepts including:

 * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for onsite client visits.

 * PowerShell
 * Next Generation Firewalls
 * Ubiquiti networking
 * VLANs and VPNs
 * Email security (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
 * Backup and disaster recovery platforms
 * Endpoint security and EDR solutions
 * PSA/RMM platforms (HaloPSA, NinjaOne, ConnectWise, Autotask, etc.)

Responsibilities

 * Work on challenging technical issues both behind the scenes and client-facing.
 * Act as a primary escalation point for Tier I engineers.
 * Build rapport and strong business relationships with clients.
 * Mentor other support engineers to help ensure that everyone is growing professionally.
