Experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment is highly preferred., * 7+ years of IT Systems Administration experience. * Experience supporting Microsoft 365 enterprise environments. * Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager. * Experience administering Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Entra ID. * Strong understanding of Active Directory and Group Policy. * Experience supporting Windows desktop and Windows Server operating systems. * Working knowledge of VMware and/or Citrix virtualization. * Understanding of endpoint security, MFA, and identity management best practices. * Solid networking fundamentals including DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VLANs, and wireless networking. * Experience using IT ticketing systems and remote support tools. * Experience Remote Monitoring and Management platforms. * Previous experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP), Corporate IT, or BPO environment. * Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills. * Strong customer service mindset with the ability to prioritize multiple issues in a fast-paced environment., * Self-motivated and dependable * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent verbal and written communication * Ability to work independently during overnight hours * Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service * Comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail If you're an experienced systems administrator who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and providing outstanding customer support during overnight operations, we'd love to hear from you. ## Description * Administer and support Microsoft 365 environments including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams. * Perform Microsoft 365 tenant deployments, migrations, and ongoing administration. * Manage Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager for device provisioning, compliance, and application deployment. * Administer Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Entra ID, including identity, authentication, and access management. * Maintain on-premises Active Directory environments, including Group Policy, user administration, permissions, and organizational structure. * Support Windows desktop operating systems * Administer Windows Server environments * Manage virtualization platforms including VMware and Citrix. * Implement and maintain endpoint security solutions, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and identity protection. * Troubleshoot networking issues involving LAN, VLAN, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP. * Provide remote technical support via phone, email, and remote access tools. * Monitor and manage systems * Utilize helpdesk platforms * Document technical procedures, maintain knowledge base articles, and recommend process improvements. * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated technical issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction., * A user reports their laptop is "running slow."
