## About the Role

* Extensive hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET Core/.NET 8, and enterprise application development.
 * Strong background in developing and deploying applications within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
 * Practical experience with:
 * Azure App Services
 * Azure Functions
 * Azure API Management
 * Azure Service Bus
 * Azure SQL
 * Azure OpenAI
 * Azure AI Foundry
 * Hands-on experience implementing AI Agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and GitHub Copilot for Developers.
 * Experience building microservices, REST APIs, and implementing secure authentication and authorization practices.
 * Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID/B2C.
 * Proven experience migrating legacy .NET Framework/Web Forms applications to modern .NET 8 cloud-native architectures.
 * Experience with GitHub, Azure DevOps, CI/CD automation, and container technologies.
 * Strong knowledge of SQL, Cosmos DB, and at least one modern front-end framework such as Blazor, React, or Angular.

Preferred Competencies

 * Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
 * Ability to perform application assessments, feasibility studies, and technical gap analyses.
 * Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to recommend scalable and practical technical solutions.

 * Strong background in Microsoft Azure cloud development and application modernization.
 * Demonstrated experience delivering AI-enabled solutions using Microsoft Azure AI services.
