Candidate must be comfortable building and formatting multi-tab workbooks, using functions (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IFERROR, SUMIFS, etc.), and preparing files for system import. * Familiarity with AI productivity tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) and an openness to incorporating them into day-to-day workflows. * Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to data entry and configuration work. * Ability to manage a high volume of requests independently while maintaining accuracy and meeting turnaround expectations. * Clear, professional written communication skills-comfortable documenting decisions and corresponding with practice staff and internal stakeholders. * Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced, multi-location environment with evolving priorities. Extra Points If You Have * Experience working within a DSO or multi-site dental organization. * Hands-on experience with Denticon fee schedule or procedure code setup. * Familiarity with non-ADA or custom procedure code structures used in DSO environments. * Certified Dental Coder (CDC) or equivalent certification. * Experience supporting PMS implementations or data migration projects. ## Description As we continue our transition to Denticon, our standard Practice Management System (PMS), we are seeking a skilled Fee Schedule & Configuration Specialist to support our Revenue Cycle operations.
