This role is responsible for the day-to-day management of our network, hardware, security systems, and compliance initiatives, while also driving AI adoption across the organization and leading strategic IT projects. The ideal candidate is a dependable, on-site team player who collaborates effectively across departments, in person and remotely, while serving as the go-to internal leader on cybersecurity, AI tools, and emerging technology. This person rolls up their sleeves, takes ownership, and is ready to jump in wherever needed., AI Integration & Productivity Tools * Support the adoption and integration of AI tools (e.g., Claude, Plaud) across all companies * Serve as an internal resource for employee general questions on AI tools and provide guidance Compliance * Lead PCI-DSS Compliance efforts from initial assessment through certification, coordinating with all necessary third-party vendors * Manage annual third-party penetration tests and weekly vulnerability scans, working with Development and IT Teams.
