This leadership role is responsible for overseeing projects from early planning and client coordination through execution, commissioning, and final turnover. The Project Executive will serve as a senior leader within the organization, driving operational excellence, financial performance, team development, and long-term client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and at the highest level of quality. What You'll Be Doing * Lead the full lifecycle execution of multiple BAS, EPMS, SCADA, and controls projects simultaneously * Oversee project financial performance including forecasting, budgeting, billing accuracy, and cash flow * Drive project success related to schedule, safety, quality, procurement, and client satisfaction * Serve as the primary escalation point for high-profile clients, contractors, and project stakeholders * Lead executive-level project meetings, contract discussions, and change order negotiations * Mentor and support Project Managers, Engineers, and field leadership teams * Coordinate closely with operations, engineering, estimating, supply chain, and field teams to ensure alignment across projects * Review technical documentation including submittals, RFIs, commissioning plans, and project schedules * Ensure projects are delivered in compliance with contractual requirements, safety standards, and company expectations * Help support strategic growth initiatives, operational improvements, and future project pursuits ## Related Videos - [Robots are coming into the wild!
