Pega Platform Administrator to manage maintain and optimize Pega applications across environments Dev QA UAT Prod The role involves platform configuration deployment monitoring troubleshooting and ensuring high availability scalability and performance of Pega systems deployed on Prem or cloud AKSEKSOpenShift, * Environment Management Provision configure and maintain Pega DEV QA UAT environments

 * Performance Monitoring Tuning Utilize monitoring tools eg Grafana Splunk ELF etc to analyze logs troubleshoot bottlenecks and optimize system performance Good understanding of PAL PLA tools
 * Upgrades Security Apply Pega hotfixes patches and version upgrades while maintaining compliance and security standards
 * Incident Management Respond to s troubleshoot application problems and perform root cause analysis
 * Deploy Pega applications using Deployment Manager CICD
 * Helm charts for Kubernetes deployments Manage product rules pipeline deployments and version upgrades
 * Support schema upgrades and platform patching activities
 * Monitor system health using PDC Pega Diagnostic Cloud
 * Grafana Prometheus Azure Monitor CloudWatch
 * Tune Node types web vs batch Thread pools agents queue processors Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks
