## Description

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing our business data to identify trends, improve efficiency, and support strategic decision-making. Your key duties will include:

 * Collecting and interpreting data from various sources, including customer bookings, operational schedules, and financial records.
 * Analysing customer behaviour, service popularity, and booking patterns to identify opportunities for growth and service improvement.
 * Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer satisfaction, staff efficiency, and profitability.
 * Providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis.
 * Monitoring operational data to identify inefficiencies in scheduling, supply usage, and staff deployment.
 * Ensuring data accuracy and integrity across all company systems.
