## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 * Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
 * Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools is an advantage.
 * Knowledge of SQL, databases, or statistical analysis tools is preferred.
 * Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 * Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently in a remote work environment.

## Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret business and operational data. The successful candidate will help transform data into meaningful insights that support informed decision-making, improve operational efficiency, and contribute to the company's overall business objectives., * Collect, clean, organize, and maintain data from various internal and external sources.

 * Analyze operational, customer, and business data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
 * Prepare accurate reports, dashboards, and data summaries for management and relevant teams.
 * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates on business performance.
 * Collaborate with different departments to understand data requirements and support business initiatives.
 * Identify data inconsistencies and work to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
 * Use spreadsheets, databases, and data visualization tools to analyze and present findings.
 * Communicate analytical results and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
 * Maintain organized documentation of data sources, analytical processes, and reporting procedures.
 * Perform additional data analysis and reporting tasks as assigned.
