## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (Lehre, HTL, FH) oder vergleichbare Praxiserfahrung, Quereinsteiger:innen sind ebenso willkommen
 * Gute Kenntnisse im Microsoft-Umfeld (MS 365, Exchange Online) sowie solide Grundlagen in
 * Netzwerk und Security
 * Erste Praxiserfahrung in der Systemadministration, beispielsweise aus Praktika oder eigenen Projekten
 * Ausgeprägte IT-Affinität und eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
 * Sicherer Umgang mit aktuellen KI-Assistenten im Arbeitsalltag
 * Zuverlässigkeit sowie eine strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
 * Führerschein B (für externe Baustellen)

Von Vorteil:

 * Erfahrung mit Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
 * Kenntnisse in Baramundi, VMware oder Azure
 * Erfahrung mit Abläufen aus der Bau- oder Immobilienbranche (Büro, Baustellen)

Für unsere Standorte Wals, Zell am See und München - einschließlich unserer Baustellen - suchen wir dich als: 1 (JUNIOR) IT-SYSTEMADMINISTRATOR (w/m/d)
WAS DU BAUST, STEHT

 * Betreuung unserer IT-Systeme an den Standorten und auf den Baustellen - vom Baucontainer bis zum Serverraum
 * Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unseres IT-Helpdesks
 * Durchführung von Client- und Server-Rollouts sowie Lizenzmanagement mit Baramundi
 * Mitwirkung bei der Administration unserer Microsoft-365-Umgebung (Teams, Exchange Online u. a.)
 * Virtualisierung mit VMware, inklusive Bereitstellung von Servern und laufendem Monitoring
 * Unterstützung des On- und Offboardings neuer Kolleg:innen aus IT-Sicht (Laptop, Handy, Zugänge)
 * Pflege der IT-Dokumentation, des internen Wissensmanagements und des Schulungsportals
 * Operative Mitgestaltung beim Digitalisierungsprojekt HILL 26-28-30 aus IT Perspektive
 * Einbringen von Vorschlägen zum sinnvollen Einsatz und Umsetzung von KI und Automatisierung im Unternehmen
