## About the Role

* Abschluss in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet
 * Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Application Management, IT Service Management oder IT-Portfolio-Management
 * Fundiertes Verständnis von Enterprise-IT-Landschaften sowie Erfahrung mit ALM- und ITSM-Frameworks wie ITIL oder TOGAF
 * Erfahrung im Budgetmanagement, Vendor-Management und in der Zusammenarbeit innerhalb komplexer IT-Governance-Strukturen
 * Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie eine service- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
 * Nachweisliche Fähigkeit, Teams und Organisationen sowohl in funktionalen als auch in Matrixstrukturen erfolgreich zu führen.
 * Fliessende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; Spanisch ist von Vorteil
 * Idealerweise Erfahrung im Energie-, Infrastruktur- oder Engineering-Umfeld sowie mit CAD-, GIS- oder BIM-Applikationen

## Description

* Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer zukunftsorientierten Applikationsstrategie sowie Verantwortung für den gesamten Application Lifecycle des Engineering-Applikationsportfolios - von der Anforderungserhebung bis zur Ablösung von Applikationen.
 * Steuerung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der ITIL-konformen Service-Management-Prozesse (Incident-, Change- und Release-Management) einschließlich Support-Workflows zur Sicherstellung einer effizienten und qualitativ hochwertigen Servicebereitstellung.
 * Sicherstellung von Applikationsperformance, Verfügbarkeit und Nutzerzufriedenheit anhand definierter KPIs und SLAs sowie kontinuierliche Serviceoptimierung.
 * Verantwortung für Budgetplanung, Forecasting, Kostenoptimierung und die Erstellung von Business Cases im Applikationsumfeld.
 * Koordination interner Stakeholder sowie Steuerung externer Dienstleister und Partner einschließlich Vendor- und SLA-Management.
 * Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines internationalen Teams sowie Etablierung eines Governance-Modells in einer Matrixorganisation.
