## About the Role

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Product Owner, Business Analyst, Consultant, Transformation Manager oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle
 * Gutes Verständnis von AI-, GenAI-, Agentic AI- oder Datenplattform-Themen
 * Erfahrung mit agilen Arbeitsweisen und Stakeholder-Management
 * Verständnis für Organisationsentwicklung, interne Geschäftsprozesse und digitale Transformation
 * Fähigkeit, fachliche Anforderungen in umsetzbare Lösungen zu übersetzen
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C1-Niveau)

Nice-to-haves:

 * Erfahrung in AI-, Data-, Digitalisierungs- oder Transformationsinitiativen innerhalb von Unternehmen oder im Consulting Umfeld
 * Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdergruppen

## Description

* Übersetzung fachlicher Anforderungen in AI Use Cases, AI Agents und digitale Lösungen
 * Steuerung und Priorisierung eines AI Use Case Portfolios nach Business Value, Machbarkeit und Skalierungspotenzial
 * Definition von MVPs, User Stories, Akzeptanzkriterien und Erfolgskennzahlen für AI-Produkte
 * Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen sowie relevanten Governance- und Transformationseinheiten innerhalb EY
 * Aufbereitung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen für das AI Transformation Office, Führungskräfte und interne Stakeholder
 * Begleitung der Einführung, Adoption und Skalierung von AI-Lösungen innerhalb von EY Österreich
