## Description

* koordinierst dein Team hinsichtlich Auslastungssteuerung, Personaleinsatz in Projekten und im Support unter Anwendung agiler Methoden.
 * verantwortest sowohl die Qualitätssicherung der Anwendungen und Entwicklungen als auch die professionelle Beratung im Second- und Third-Level-Support.
 * entwickelst, überprüfst und implementierst die relevanten Prozesse in deinem Team.
 * leitest SAP-Projekte und übernimmst die fachliche und kommerzielle Gesamtverantwortung.
 * stellst eine reibungslose Übergabe der Projekte in den operativen Betrieb sicher.
 * unterstützt Make-or-Buy-Entscheidungen und steuerst externe Lieferant:innen.
 * organisierst Plattformen für Wissensaustausch, Schulungen und Weiterbildungsinitiativen.
