## About the Role

* Vous êtes en possession d'un Bachelier ou d'un master en informatique ou équivalent par votre expérience
 * Vous disposez au minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans la gestion et l'implémentation d'applications telles que ERP, CRM, ...
 * Vous vous exprimez parfaitement en français et en néerlandais, vous avez un très bon niveau en anglais (B2)
 * Vous êtes méthodique, multitâches et avez le sens des responsabilités
 * Vous êtes un excellent communicateur et avez un esprit d'équipe
 * Vous avez un esprit de leadership, vous aimez manager et motiver vos équipes
 * Vous maitrisez la Suite Office et particulièrement Excel
 * Vous avez la connaissance de Ms SQL Server, Salesforce, Scripting, la téléphonique VoIP est un plus

 * Vous êtes le soutien de l'équipe IT pour garantir un parfait fonctionnement des applications utilisées
