## About the Role

* Documentatie: Vastleggen van kennis en oplossingen in de interne Knowledge Base.
 * Security & Compliance: Toezien op beveiligingsrichtlijnen en meedenken over optimalisatie van security.
 * Samenwerking: Escaleren van complexe problemen en samenwerken met andere IT-teams.

JOUW TALENTEN

 * Je hebt sterke kennis van Microsoft-software zoals Windows en Office. Verder begrijp je netwerken en heb je een basiskennis van TCP/IP, VPN en Wi-Fi troubleshooting. Je beheerst tools en systemen zoals Active Directory en werkt vlot met ticketing systemen (ITIL).
 * Analytisch en probleemoplossend ben je sterk in het ontleden van problemen en ga je proactief te werk (monitoring).
 * Verder ben je communicatief goed onderlegd en leg je technische zaken op een eenvoudige manier uit aan eindgebruikers. Servicegericht, pragmatisch stressbestendig pas je je bovendien vlot aan bij onverwachte, dringende situaties.
 * Tot slot ben je vlot in Nederlands en Engels.

## Description

Als Application Support Engineer zorg je voor een optimale werking van software en clientapparatuur. Je biedt technische ondersteuning aan eindgebruikers, lost incidenten snel en efficiënt op en draagt bij aan een stabiele IT-omgeving.

* Incidentbeheer: Registreren, analyseren en oplossen van hardware-, software- en netwerkproblemen. Afhandelen van supporttickets binnen SLA's (Jira is een plus).
 * Software: Ondersteunen en beheren van ons interne Transport Management System (TMS) van zodra je intern opgeleid bent. Naast TMS bied je support voor andere Enterprise Applicaties zoals Bizzmine, Workday, Nicelabel, SAP en dergelijke.
 * Gebruikersondersteuning: Eerstelijns support en advies over best practices.
