## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, Political Science, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.
 * Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
 * Strong analytical, research, and critical-thinking skills.
 * Experience working with data, including Excel and other data management tools.
 * Ability to handle large volumes of information and extract meaningful insights.
 * Strong drafting, editing, and reporting capabilities.
 * Good knowledge of information systems and data processing methods.
 * Understanding of accessibility principles and their application in communications.
 * Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
 * Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and international environment.
 * Strong interpersonal skills, with tact, diplomacy, and professionalism.
 * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Desired Assets

 * Knowledge of the EU media landscape and media ecosystems across Member States.
 * Familiarity with media monitoring and media intelligence tools.
 * Experience creating data visualizations, dashboards, and infographics.
 * Understanding of media performance metrics and reporting methodologies.

## Description

* Monitor and track media coverage across a variety of sources and channels.
 * Compile and classify articles, editorials, opinion pieces, and other media content related to specific topics.
 * Produce regular and ad hoc media monitoring reports.
 * Identify and report on key performance indicators and media coverage trends.
 * Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of media coverage and media performance.
 * Analyze the presence and visibility of European Union Institutions across different media sources and platforms.
 * Support the creation of reports, summaries, presentations, and infographics.
 * Map media landscapes and identify emerging media trends across EU Member States.
 * Process, manage, and validate large datasets from multiple sources.
 * Contribute to the drafting, editing, and quality review of analytical content and reports.
 * Ensure data is presented in a clear, accessible, and visually impactful manner.
