## Description

As an Embedded Systems Project Manager you will lead the development, implementation and bring to the market of mechatronics embedded systems.

More specifically, you will:

 * Lead and oversee the full project lifecycle for mechatronics and embedded systems, from conception to market introduction.
 * Define and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, resource allocation, schedule, and budget management.
 * Act as the primary technical interface for customers, ensuring system requirements are accurately captured, validated, and aligned with project objectives.
 * Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between hardware design, software development, and application engineering teams.
 * Ensure all project deliverables strictly adhere to automotive industry standards and quality processes, including ISO 26262 and ASPICE.
 * Proactively identify project risks, dependencies, and technical bottlenecks, implementing effective mitigation strategies to keep development on track.
 * Monitor project performance and quality metrics, ensuring the final integrated solution meets both internal benchmarks and customer expectations.
 * Facilitate clear communication across all project stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and key milestones.
