The Role

 * Partner with product, marketing, and commercial teams to translate business challenges into actionable analytical plans
 * Identify growth opportunities and risks through deep analysis of user behaviour, conversion, and revenue trends
 * Design and build dashboards that clearly communicate performance and key business metrics
 * Analyse large, complex datasets to uncover meaningful insights and inform decision-making
 * Influence stakeholders across all levels through clear storytelling and data-driven recommendations
 * Support experimentation and measurement frameworks to evaluate product and marketing initiatives
 * Collaborate with data and engineering teams to improve data quality, tracking, and metric definitions
