Nice to have * Azure certifications in Data Engineering. * Experience with Power BI and self-service analytics. * Knowledge of data science or machine learning environments. * Experience within retail, e-commerce, or a large enterprise environment. * Experience with modern data platform architectures and cloud-native solutions. ## Description * As a Data Solution Engineer within the Store Sales & Finance domain, you will help Jumbo build a future-proof and robust data landscape. Using Azure, Databricks, Unity Catalog, PySpark, Python, and Power BI, you will develop data solutions that enable business teams to make better and faster decisions. * You will join a multidisciplinary scrum team within the Analytics department at the Jumbo Tech Campus. Together with data engineers, analysts, product owners, and scrum masters, you will work on Jumbo's centralized cloud data platform. * Jumbo's ambition is to be the most customer-centric retailer. Reliable data plays a crucial role in achieving that ambition. With your solutions, business teams will have access to the insights they need to make better decisions. By developing high-quality data pipelines and data products, you will directly contribute to the performance of our stores, financial processes, and the continued growth of a data-driven Jumbo. * You will work closely with data engineers, data analysts, consultants, product owners, scrum masters, and business stakeholders within Store Sales & Finance. You will also collaborate with other data teams to further develop shared standards, solutions, and best practices., As a Data Solution Engineer, you will design and deliver end-to-end data solutions within the Store Sales & Finance domain. You will process and transform data from multiple sources into reliable data products that support analytics, reporting, and advanced analytics use cases. You will work closely with business stakeholders to translate data requirements into scalable technical solutions.
