You are responsible for the technical backbone of MrWork's platform, with a strong focus on scalable backend systems, robust data management and a stable, secure architecture.
As a Backend Developer, you ensure the stability and continuity of our PHP/Symfony environment. You design and build complex business logic, help reduce technical debt, and improve system reliability across the platform. Key Responsibilities - Backend & API Development
Design and build complex business logic and high-performance APIs using Symfony - Database & Architecture Ownership
Manage, optimize and scale our RDS SQL architecture while ensuring stability and security across systems - Full-Cycle Delivery
