## About the Role

* Strong commercial experience in data analytics within a digital product, marketplace, e-commerce, or technology environment
 * Advanced SQL skills, including complex querying and optimisation
 * Strong Python experience for analysis, modelling, and automation
 * Experience working with modern cloud data platforms such as Databricks, BigQuery, AWS, or similar
 * Experience using Tableau or comparable BI visualisation tools
 * Strong understanding of digital business metrics, customer behaviour, and revenue drivers
 * Experience influencing business decisions through data and stakeholder engagement
 * Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical findings to non-technical audiences
 * Familiarity with experimentation, measurement, and modern analytics practices

The Role
You will act as a strategic analytics partner, helping teams make better decisions through data, insight, and experimentation.
Responsibilities include:

 * Partner with product, commercial, and marketing stakeholders to understand business challenges and define analytical priorities
 * Translate complex business questions into clear analytical frameworks and actionable recommendations
 * Identify opportunities and risks across customer acquisition, retention, monetisation, and conversion
 * Analyse large, complex datasets to uncover trends and business insights
 * Build dashboards and reporting solutions focused on key business and performance metrics
 * Communicate findings to a range of stakeholders, including senior leadership
 * Support experimentation, measurement frameworks, and data-driven product development
 * Collaborate with data and technology teams to improve data quality, tracking, and analytical scalability
