## Description

Amsterdam | €60,000 - €85,000 incl. 8% Holiday Allowance This is an exciting opportunity for a curious and ambitious AI Engineer to help transform a customer journey through practical AI applications. You'll work across product, technology, and operations, applying AI to real business challenges while developing your skills in a fast-growing environment., As an AI Engineer, you will design, develop, and improve AI-powered solutions that enhance both customer and employee experiences.
Key responsibilities include:

 * Designing and implementing AI-driven applications, workflows, and product features
 * Translating business challenges into practical AI solutions
 * Integrating LLMs, APIs, and AI services into existing systems and processes
 * Creating evaluation frameworks, test datasets, and quality metrics for AI products
 * Monitoring AI performance and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
 * Analysing user feedback, product metrics, and production data to optimise solutions
 * Collaborating closely with software engineers, domain experts, and compliance stakeholders
 * Supporting software development activities when required across front-end and back-end environments
 * Contributing to the long-term AI strategy and product roadmap
