## About the Role

* 3 years in SRE or similar
 * Demonstrable experience as SRE, DevOps, or similar in production environments
 * Advance Knowledge in Dynatrace, Kubernetes, Databases, Messaging/streaming services, AWS services.
 * Knowledge and experience in Terraform, Helm, or similar.
 * High resolution capacity focused in service stability and business operations.
 * English and Spanish required

## Description

As a SRE engineer, the candidate will be focused on ensuring stability, performance, and scalability of the platform deployed in AWS Public cloud, and will support production incidents.

 * Ensure platform availability and reliability through process automation and monitoring.
 * Operate, maintain, and develop solutions in our monitoring and alerting tools: Dynatrace, ELK, PagerDuty. Monitoring as code.
 * Participate in an on-call rotation.
 * Provide quick response, troubleshooting and resolution of production incidents operating in any piece of the environment.
 * Collaborate with platform and engineering teams in the definition of resilient and scalable solutions.
 * Define and develop SLI's & SLO's to monitor trends, collaborate with engineering teams to ensure observability, traceability, and resilience of the services.
 * Develop tools to speed response time or minimize outages during incidents.
 * Collaborate with platform and engineering teams in post incident activities.
