* Más de 4 años de experiencia definiendo soluciones de red Telco sobre infraestructura virtualizada (OpenShift).
 * Sólido conocimiento de entornos Telco Cloud: OpenStack, OpenShift y SDN.
 * Experiencia en análisis de causa raíz (RCA) y coordinación transversal.
 * Dominio de Python, Ansible y Bash.
 * Experiencia con pruebas de resiliencia (stress tests, failover, capacidad).
 * Mentalidad analítica y enfoque orientado a soluciones.

## Description

Buscamos un/a Technical Lead - Cloud (Telco) para reforzar nuestro equipo de Cloud e Infraestructura y contribuir a la estabilidad, resiliencia y mejora continua de entornos Telco Cloud críticos.

 * Definir e implementar soluciones de red Telco sobre infraestructura virtualizada (OpenShift), con más de 4 años de experiencia en el ámbito.
 * Diagnosticar, aislar y resolver incidentes críticos en entornos Telco Cloud multicapa (OpenStack, OpenShift, SDN).
 * Actuar como tercer nivel (N3) de escalado técnico, garantizando estabilidad, disponibilidad y rendimiento de la plataforma.
 * Analizar logs, trazas y métricas para el análisis de causa raíz (RCA), coordinando con equipos de infraestructura, red y desarrollo.
 * Automatizar tareas de diagnóstico y recuperación mediante Python, Ansible y Bash.
 * Dar soporte a pruebas de resiliencia (stress tests, failover, pruebas de capacidad) y a la integración continua de nuevas funcionalidades y parches.
