You will lead architectural direction, design modern data solutions, and help create scalable capabilities that support innovation and business growth. Working closely with technology and business teams, you will contribute to building a future-ready data ecosystem across the organization., * Design and drive enterprise-wide data architecture and engineering solutions

 * Define scalable data models, standards, and architectural principles
 * Build and optimize modern data platforms and pipelines to support business needs
 * Partner with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions
 * Lead architectural decisions that support analytics, AI, and digital initiatives
 * Ensure data solutions follow governance, security, and quality standardsIdentify opportunities to improve performance, scalability, and operational efficiency
 * Support adoption of modern technologies and engineering best practices
 * Act as a trusted advisor on data architecture and engineering topics across Symrise
