We are in need of a competent individual, with a preferable knowledge in construction, but are willing to train an eager and motivated individual. Construction Experience is desirable. An interest in construction and/or data capture technology. What You Can Do: - Organise and understand how to read construction floor plans - Navigate a construction site safely while taking steady, high-quality photos/data capture -- Consistently adhere to standard operating policies and procedures - Perform regular quality assurance checks as part of daily workflow - Proactively communicate with construction project personnel - Maintain a professional appearance on site at all times as a representative of Multivista - Confidently use various computer formats to manage data (e.g., tablets, desktops, laptops, smartphones, etc.) - Have a full clean driving licence Who You Are: - You currently reside within Greater Manchester or close surrounding area. - Applicants ideally will some construction related experience. -Have an interest in data capture technologies/construction technologies -Will to travel across the North of England and beyond -Available for evening and weekend work on occassion -You can read and discern construction drawings and documents - You can autonomously manage a schedule, are detailed oriented, and have exceptional organisational and time-management skills - You are a self-motivated and dependable team player - You have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation (essential). - You can confidently operate a computer, tablet, and smart phone to setup and manage projects, have a working knowledge of Microsoft office, and the ability to learn new software platforms quickly - You understand that construction site visits will make up the largest part of your day.
