* Proven experience in an IT support role
 * Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems,
 * Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking
 * Familiarity with IT hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, etc.)
 * Ability to diagnose and resolve IT issues efficiently
 * Excellent communication and customer service skills
 * A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
 * Driving licence and access to a vehicle would be beneficial due to the regular travel to offices across London.

## Description

* Provide 1st line and 2nd line support for IT-related issues via teams, email or in-person.
 * Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware and software systems
 * Assist with the setup of new user accounts, permissions, and passwords
 * Support remote users and ensure they have access to required systems
 * Collaborate with the wider IT team to maintain system security and performance
 * Contribute to ongoing IT projects and system upgrades
 * Assist in IT projects such as system upgrades and new technology implementations
