Wythenshawe Community Housing Group (WCHG) is on a transformational journey to become a smarter business, with significant investment in technology to ensure our customers and colleagues have systems that meet their needs. This role will be key to ensuring both new and existing business systems are utilised to their fullest potential. You will have been the "go-to" person for application support and technical queries. Extensive experience working with a range of housing-specific systems, such as those below, is required: Orchard/HMS/Aareon/Civica, including system migrations and integrations Salesforce Asset management software, such as Promaster, Pimms or Keystone Repairs, contractor or mobile working software, such as Accuserv or 1st Touch Due to the nature of the role, you will need to be on site at least twice a week and live within a commutable distance of Wythenshawe.
