Desirable: * Ability to speak a second language. ## Description To support the CZ Board by managing the global compliance and regulatory responsibilities applicable to CZ, including customer due diligence, risk assessments, policies and controls, governance, compliance training and monitoring legal and regulatory developments within the jurisdictions CZ operates in. Tasks & Responsibilities * To develop and manage the CZ compliance policies, procedures, processes, and controls including the areas of Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Bribery, Sanctions and Market Abuse. * To identify occurrences of regulatory change which influence the activities of CZ. * To advise and assist the business to enable compliance with any applicable legal and regulatory obligations. * To work with all departments to develop policies, procedures, controls and training designed to minimise the risk of breaches of legal and regulatory requirements. * To manage and deliver against CZ's ESG requirements. * To manage CZ's governance obligations, including Companies House and FCA filings. * To work with all departments and CZ offices to ensure clear communication of the spirit and letter of compliance related policies and procedures. * To take responsibility for your performance and to work together to achieve our organizational goals. * To attend training courses which are identified as being necessary for the performance of the role. * To be fully conversant with the Employee Handbook and supporting policies, including Health & Safety legislation and fire and emergency procedures. * To comply with any reasonable instruction issued by your manager.
