The role of the team is to review, redraft and improve all existing intranet content before it is migrated to the new intranet. This is a hands on content design role focused on reviewing, rewriting and improving existing intranet content before migration to a new platform. Experience writing to GOV.UK standard is essential. Experience writing intranet content is desirable., * Strong understanding of user-centred design and government accessibility standards. * Experience writing content to GOV.UK standards. * Excellent writing, editing and digital content production skills. * Experience transforming complex information into clear, concise and accessible content using GOV.UK standards and plain English principles. * Proven ability to present complex information in consistent, accessible and scannable formats. * Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills. * Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment. Desirable: * Experience of content audit / improvement projects. * Experience writing for intranets. Please be aware that this role can only be worked within the UK and not Overseas.
