## About the Role

* Previous data cabling experience
 * CSCS or ECS card preferred
 * Own tools and PPE
 * Good testing and termination skills
 * Reliable and comfortable working within schools
 * Full UK driving licence and own transport preferred

There will be opportunities across different education sites, so flexibility to travel throughout Hertfordshire is important.

## Description

Bauhaus Recruitment is looking for experienced Data Cabling Engineers for education projects across Hertfordshire.

The work will involve installing and upgrading structured cabling and Wi-Fi infrastructure within schools and other education settings.
Duties will include:

 * Installing Cat5e, Cat6 and Cat6a cabling
 * Installing and replacing wireless access points
 * Cable pulling, dressing and containment
 * Terminating outlets and patch panels
 * Testing, labelling and fault-finding
 * Cabinet work and patching
 * Working professionally within education environments
