concentration in Engineering, Business, or Supply Management preferred. * Between 6-8 years of progressive experience in sourcing/procurement in a supply chain or strategic sourcing team required. * Experience supporting supplier relationships and managing assigned engagements within established contracts. * Intermediate skill level with MS Office Suite and advanced skill level with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint required. * Experience with procurement platforms (e.g., Oracle, Salesforce). * Experience supporting negotiations and contributing to value creation in supplier engagements. * Professional certifications strongly preferred (Certified Property Manager, Certified Professional in Supply Management, or Certified in Planning and Inventory Management). * Approximately 5% travel may be required to support the position's responsibilities. * Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively. * Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to effectively and professionally achieve results. * Strong organizational skills;
